Properties

The Properties page shows all the rental properties you manage in rAInty.

A property is usually an apartment, a house, or another rental unit connected to your rental activity.

What you can do here​

From this page, you can:

  • see the list of your properties;
  • create a new property manually;
  • open an existing property;
  • switch between different views.

How properties are created​

Properties can be created in two ways.

From a rental contract​

When you import or upload a rental contract, rAInty can read the document and suggest property information.

If you confirm the information, the platform can create the property as part of the contract setup.

This is useful when you are starting from an existing contract and want to avoid entering all details manually.

Manually from the Properties page​

You can also create a property directly from this page.

Use this option when:

  • you want to add a property before adding a contract;
  • the contract is not ready yet;
  • you prefer to enter the property information yourself.

Viewing options​

The Properties page can be viewed in different ways.

Tile view​

Tile view shows each property as a visual card.

This view is useful when you want to scan your properties quickly.

Table view​

Table view shows properties in rows and columns.

This view is useful when you want to compare details or work with a more compact list.

Opening a property​

Click a property to open its detail page.

The property detail page shows the information connected to that specific property, such as contracts, documents, services, and other related items.
