Contracts

The Contracts page shows the rental contracts managed in rAInty.

A contract connects a property with one or more tenants and defines the rental period, rent amount, payment schedule, and other important conditions.

What you can do here​

From this page, you can:

  • see all contracts;
  • create a new contract;
  • import a contract document;
  • check active and expired contracts;
  • open a contract detail page.

How contracts are created​

Contracts can be created manually or by uploading a rental contract document.

When you upload a document, rAInty can read it and suggest contract information. You must review and confirm the information before it is saved.

Viewing contracts​

The page may show contracts as cards or as a table.

Use the card view when you want a quick visual list. Use the table view when you want to compare more information at once.

Opening a contract​

Click a contract to open its detail page.

The detail page shows the contract information, related people, rent schedule, documents, payments, and other connected items.
