The Documents page contains files uploaded to rAInty.

Documents can be connected to properties, contracts, bills, expenses, maintenance requests, or other rental information.

What you can do here

From this page, you can:

  • see uploaded documents;
  • open or download documents;
  • check what each document is linked to;
  • upload new documents, when available;
  • use documents during contract or bill review.

Why document linking matters

The most useful document is not only stored, but also connected to the right item.

For example, a rental contract should be linked to the contract record, and a utility bill should be linked to the related service or bill.

Finding documents later

When documents are linked correctly, you can find them from the Documents page or from the detail page of the related property, contract, or expense.
